October 22-25, 2009 Lethbridge Exhibition Pavilion To qualify for the CRA Sudden Death Finals a contestant must enter and compete in at least 60% of mother rodeos in that event Entries for the CRA finals will be October 2/09 - 10am - 1pm, I will also need your picture and Bio information for the program by this day. Finals fee's are as follows: Open Events - $150 Entry Fee, $150 Sponsor Fee, $95 Jacket, $10 Finals Photo = Total $405 Optional and Junior Events - $100 Entry Fee, $100 Sponsor Fee, $95 Jacket, $10 Finals Photo = Total $305 Lil Rascals - $70 Entry Fee, $95 Jacket, $10 Finals Photo = Total $175 Other Optional Items: (need to know at entry time) Companion Passes - includes admission for all 4 performances $25 each Stalls - $40 for the 3 nights The Reason the Finalist Jackets are mandatory is because we have had 2 generous sponsors put money towards these jackets, bringing the price from $150 per jacket to $95 per jacket. We will be hosting a Trade Show at the Sudden Death Finals, there are a limited number of tables available, will be based on first paid basis. Contact the office 403-732-5677 for more information. Friday Night of the performance will be Red night to honor our troops. Everyone is expected to wear RED. Year End High Point Saddles and Finals Champion Buckles Will Be Awarded in the Following Events: Saddle Bronc, Bareback, Bull Riding, Calf Roping, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping (1 header, 1 heeler), Ladies Barrel Racing, Junior Barrel Racing, Steer Riding The top 10 from each of the above events that have qualified will go to the finals.
A High Point Buckle - based on highest money won including the finals - Will Be Awarded in the Following Events: Lil Rascals, Novice Riding, Junior Bulls, Breakaway Roping The top 6 from each of the above events will go to the finals.
To be eligible to the 2009 Hi-Point Mustang Trailer Award the following will apply: · You must qualify for the CRA Sudden Death Finals. (enter and compete in at least 60% of mother rodeos) * You must have a CRA card · CRA Mother Rodeo’s and Dual approved points will count. * Points will count after the purchase of a CRA card · Points will be awarded in the following events only: Team Roping, Calf Roping, Steer Wrestling, Ladies Barrels, Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Bull Riding, Junior Barrel Racing, Steer Riding * All rodeos in the 2008/2009 year, will count towards points · You can compete in 1 (one) or more events to obtain points. Points will be given on the following scale: If the rodeo event pays 4 monies, 40 points for 1st, 30 points for 2nd, 20 points for 3rd, 10 points for 4th If the rodeo event pays 6 monies, 60 points for 1st, 50 points for 2nd, 40 points for 3rd, 30 points for 4th, 20 points for 5th, 10 points for 6th If the rodeo event pays 8 monies, 80 points for 1st, 70 points for 2nd, 60 points for 3rd, 50 points for 4th, 40 points for 5th, 30 points for 6th, 20 points for 7th, 10 points for 8th *****All finals points will count as 1.5 each****
