The 2011 Chinook Sudden Death Finals will be held in Taber, AB on Oct 21-23.

 

In order to qualify for the 2011 Chinook Rodeo Association Sudden Death Finals:

In the Bareback, Saddle Bronc, and Bull Riding:  You must enter and compete in at least 3 Chinook Rodeo  Association MOTHER Rodeos.

In the Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, Calf Roping, Ladies Barrels, Junior Barrels, and Steer Riding:  You must enter and compete in at least 5 Chinook Rodeo Association MOTHER Rodeos.

**The above major events will be awarded a Season Leader Saddle and a Finals Champion Buckle.**

In the Lil Rascals, Breakaway, Novice Riding and Junior Bulls:  These will be filled strictly on money earned.

**The above optional events will be awarded a Year End Champion Buckle**

 

There will be 3 rounds at the finals with a paid average, the average will pay the same as each round.

 

If you have any questions or concerns please contact your event director.

 

**In the case of insufficient qualifiers for any event the board has the right to invite to fill all positions.**

 

Finals Entries will be August 31 10am-1pm, at this time you will also need to let us know your jacket size.

 

If there is any discrepancies in Dollar Standings, contestants have until August 29 to contact the office.

 

GENERAL MEETING - OCTOBER 22 at 12pm at TABER AGRI-PLEX  **It is mandatory
that all finals contestants attend the general meeting.**
 

Contestant sponsors will receive 2 passes to the Friday night performance of the finals.  The passes will be in the contestant package that they pick up
at the finals.  It is up to the Contestant to distribute these passes.

On or before entry day - you will need to email or fax a copy of the below questionnaire as well as a picture for the program.
