Fill out the form in full and submit to office, by mail or fax to 403-732-5676 If we only receive your payment without a form, or the form is not filled out properly your points will not count until it is. Thank you.
Memberships must be purchased the Monday prior to entry date to be eligible to compete.

Print the form and fill it out in full, you may mail it with payment, or fax it with your credit card information. Please note there is a service charge when we process credit cards. Once your membership is processed you will receive a receipt, member card, and rule book in the mail. If you have made previous arrangements to purchase your card at a rodeo, please pick up your receipt and rule book there, as it will not be mailed to you.
