Entries can not be accepted unless the format is followed.

1. Valid and Correct Card #, and Full Name
2. 2 Preferences
3. Event(s)

4. Traveling partners information must be entered at the same time or you will not be considered in the 'buddy' system.  Only 4 persons to a buddy group.

5. Team Ropers remember to enter your HD or HL status and all partners information.

If you do not submit ALL of the above information your entry will not be considered.
